Refund policy

Refunds

Due to the small-batch made to order nature of our product no refunds are offered at this time. We will however replace or refund any products that are damaged in transit. Please reach out to us via our Contact page for a refund request.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if the request is made 2 days prior to delivery dispatch or pickup. 

(ie. If you ordered on Monday, your next delivery day is automatically Sunday, this means you will have until Thursday to cancel your order if you need to)
